Job summary

Hilco Global is seeking a due diligence professional to perform financial analysis, field examinations, and procedures for asset-based financing and M&A targets. You will interview management, assess accounts receivable and inventory, and inspect facilities across retail, manufacturing, and other sectors.

You will work with senior colleagues to develop client-facing insights, manage deadlines, and travel up to 50% across North America with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years in financial analysis, accounting, audit, or related field.
• Advanced Excel; strong Word and PowerPoint; data-analysis tools preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills.
• Integrity, ethical judgment, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management interviews and analyze receivables, inventory, and payables.
• Evaluate receivables and inventory controls; inspect facilities and reps across industries.
• Perform field examinations and specified procedures for asset-based financing deals.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
