Job summary

Mach Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an operations professional to coordinate trading settlement and investor reporting workstreams across multiple asset classes.

The role partners with Trading, Investor Coverage, Marketing and Legal to ensure timely and accurate reporting, risk and attribution analyses, and end-to-end project management. This position is full-time and on-site in Charlotte.

• Partner with Trading and Middle Operations teams to coordinate complex and varied tasks
• Oversee daily trade settlement and corporate actions workflow across multiple asset classes
• Support Investor Coverage and Marketing groups
• Create, update, and review investor reporting packages
• Create and review risk and attribution reports for PMs and trading desk
• Work and collaborate with Investor Coverage, Trading and Legal Teams
• Accountable for independently managing projects from beginning to end
