Job summary

Vantora is seeking a Portfolio Ops Manager to drive AI enablement across our portfolio and strengthen governance across companies. You will partner with portfolio CEOs, Vantora leadership, and the broader venture ecosystem to identify high-impact AI workflows, build reusable tools, and create processes that unlock strategic value.

You will synthesize company health metrics, develop dashboards and reports, and translate challenges into actionable plans that scale across the UP.Labs ecosystem

Qualifications

• Experience in venture platform, startup operations, or AI operations in early-stage environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build practical AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities to drive growth and operating leverage across portfolio companies.
• Build AI-enabled tools, prompts, and playbooks applicable across portfolio.
• Support CEOs with execution, research, tooling, and stakeholder mapping.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and governance materials for portfolio health.
• Cultivate relationships with investors, operators, and strategic partners.
• Represent Vantora and portfolio in investor and industry settings.
