LHH is seeking a Portfolio Accountant or Senior Portfolio Accountant to join its accounting team. You will manage general ledger and month-end close for a diverse real estate portfolio, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities include daily cash management, CAM and real estate tax reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and lender reporting, while maintaining lease data in Yardi and collaborating with property management, legal, construction,

Qualifications

2–5 years of accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Perform daily cash management and bank reconciliations.
Complete CAM and real estate tax reconciliations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and lender reporting.
Maintain lease and tenant information in Yardi.
Partner with property management, legal, construction, leasing, AP, and AR teams.
