LHH is seeking a Portfolio Accountant or Senior Portfolio Accountant to join its accounting team. You will manage general ledger and month-end close for a diverse real estate portfolio, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities include daily cash management, CAM and real estate tax reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and lender reporting, while maintaining lease data in Yardi and collaborating with property management, legal, construction,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A well-established commercial real estate owner/operator is seeking a Portfolio Accountant or Senior Portfolio Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of retail, office, multifamily, hospitality, restaurant, and mixed-use properties, along with strong long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close

• Perform daily cash management and bank reconciliations
• Complete CAM and real estate tax reconciliations

Qualifications
