Job summary

MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Porter for our Texcoco community. You will maintain exterior areas, assist with make-ready tasks, and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.

The role offers $21–$23/hour DOE, monthly bonuses, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical/dental/vision, and time off. Equal opportunity employer; background check may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property.
• Assist with painting, cleaning apartments and common areas, and maintaining exterior lighting.
• Remove litter, debris, pet droppings, abandoned furniture, trash and boxes from grounds.
• Assist with make-ready duties and storage area upkeep.
• Distribute resident communications and help with safety-related tasks as directed.

We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, Texcoco in San Diego, CA!

As a Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.
