We are seeking a Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility.

• Sweep, scrub, mop floors
• Dust furniture and fittings
• Empty and clean trash containers
• Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Wipe down glass surfaces
• Wash windows as scheduled
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report necessary repairs and replacements
• Other duties as assigned

• Frequently bending, standing, stooping, and kneeling
• Availability to work nights, weekend and/or holidays may be required
