Atria Senior Living, Inc. is hiring a Porter in Cranford, NJ. You will provide cleaning and maintenance across the community, including offices, living spaces, and outdoor areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role involves floor care, grounds maintenance, and basic upkeep tasks. Training is provided, and benefits are offered including holiday/PTO, rewards, health/dental/vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic using US units (currency, weight, distance).
• Able to read and follow safety instructions.

Responsabilités

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and public areas.
• Perform floor care including vacuuming, extraction, buffing, sealing.
• Trash removal and debris disposal from community areas.
• Maintain grounds and exterior facilities in a neat condition.
• Perform basic maintenance requests as needed.
• Mow lawns and tend shrubbery as required by location.
• Report repairs to management and unsafe conditions.
