Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Porter for our USA-NY-Ardsley community. This role involves maintaining clean offices, apartments, and public areas, performing floor care, and supporting basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Successful candidates will complete required training, handle basic tools, and operate safely around caustic materials. Flexible scheduling is expected to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, using US currency/units.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas in a safe and neat condition.
• Perform floor care on carpet, tile, and wood floors; vacuum, extract, buff, seal, or strip as needed.
• Remove trash and debris; maintain exterior and interior grounds.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions to management; participate in routine maintenance tasks.
• Mow lawn, trim shrubs, and cultivate flowers as assigned by location.
