Job summary

Murray's Collision Group is seeking a Porter at Fix Auto Port Orchard & CARSTAR Port Orchard to support vehicle movement and delivery during the repair process. The role suits someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

We offer a full-time position with a weekday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. No weekends, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned collision repair group serving the Puget Sound area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions, for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
• Prior experience in collision repair or auto detailing is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles, including trips to customer locations.
• Port vehicles between departments to keep technicians and estimators on schedule.
• Perform pre-washes and help the Detailer prep vehicles for customer delivery.
• Vacuum, wipe down, and clean vehicle interiors and windows.
• Help maintain a clean, safe parking lot and shop facility.
• Secure and lock all vehicles at the end of each day.
• Occasionally assist with light scratch buffing and trim or cosmetic part installation.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Our Fix Auto Port Orchard and CARSTAR Port Orchard locations are looking for a reliable Porter to keep vehicles and customers moving throughout the repair process. PAY TRANSPARENCY

In accordance with Washington State's Equal Pay and Opportunities Act (RCW 49.58), the pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
