Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities maintenance in manufacturing or residential settings.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Electrical experience with wiring, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting.
  • Welding knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong English communication for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic repairs across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues with equipment or infrastructure.
  • Operate welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to repair or modify systems as needed.
  • Assist with painting, carpentry, and general maintenance duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
  • Supervise or coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary.

  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues with equipment or infrastructure.
  • Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to repair or modify systems as needed.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and general maintenance person duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Supervise or coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within manufacturing or residential settings.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Electrical experience including working with wiring, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques and tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Ohmmeters for system diagnostics.
