Job summary

Ran-r Group Llc is seeking a Porter/Maintenance professional to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational integrity of our facilities. You will perform routine upkeep, electrical and plumbing repairs, and use schematics to diagnose issues, while coordinating with contractors as needed.

The role involves welding, carpentry, CMMS record-keeping, and onsite supervision of maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance in manufacturing or residential settings.
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
• Electrical experience with wiring, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting.
• Welding knowledge is preferred.
• Strong English communication for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds.
• Conduct basic repairs across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues with equipment or infrastructure.
• Operate welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to repair or modify systems as needed.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and general maintenance duties.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Supervise or coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary.
