We are seeking a Porter with evening availabilityto add to our growing team of quality people looking to impact peoples lives via the presentation of their residences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Maintain Cleanliness : Regularly clean and tidy common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and other spaces.
• Waste Disposal : Efficiently manage and dispose of waste from designated areas.
• Basic Maintenance : Address minor maintenance issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
• Equipment and Furniture Handling : Assist with moving or setting up equipment or furniture as required.
• Uphold Company Standards : Ensure that cleanliness and maintenance standards align with Visiting Superintendents Inc.'s reputation for excellence.
• Resident / Worker Experience : Contribute to a comfortable and clean environment for all building occupants.
• Team Collaboration : Work cohesively with other staff members, reporting issues, and seeking assistance when necessary.
• Supply Runs : Traveling to supply stores to pick up supplies as necessary.
• Contractor Supervision : Supervision contractors in buildings serviced.

Position requires flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
