This Role: TheMaintenance Porter (MP) position revolves around the day-to-day process of maintaining a clean and safe storage facility. Additionally, the MP is responsible for providing high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Porter, you will:
• Handle immediate maintenance and janitorial needs of the assigned facility
• Conduct daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas of the building (floors, walls, restrooms, office space, facility exterior, etc.)
• Cutting locks
• Painting
• Light handyman work
• Latch installations
• Flood remediation
• Snow removal
• Corner guard repair
• Patching walls
