Your Role

As a Porter or Groundskeeper, you likely have custodial or janitorial experience from working in an office, hotel, or multifamily housing. You are detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and enjoy getting hands dirty because that means you’re cleaning!

Compensation

This position offers $20.00 per hour plus benefits!

Your Responsibilities

We support your cleaning maintenance efforts by providing all necessary supplies to maintain a spotless, multimillion-dollar apartment community. You will help create a clean environment that exemplifies California living at its best. Your job is to spot dirt, dust, and spots, keeping everything polished and shiny. Your reputation will be spotless!

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on custodial or janitorial experience
• Pride in your work and good communication skills with team members and residents
• High School Diploma or GED
