Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a dedicated Porter to help maintain the community's cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance onsite. You will support groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep while contributing to a positive living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining landscaping, assisting with exterior touch-ups, and supporting the maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.
• Reliable transportation for on-call or emergency needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property daily.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings; pick up trash and debris.
• Operate trash areas, sweep, blow, and pressure wash common areas.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and unit turns as needed.
• Clean and maintain clubhouse, pool area, and amenity spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service and a safe resident environment.
