Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the club, including fitness facilities, spa areas, and common areas.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.

Member Assistance:

• Greet members and guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
• Provide towels, water, and other amenities to members as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and availability of locker rooms and showers.

Safety and Security:

• Maintain a safe environment for members and staff by following safety procedures and protocols.
• Monitor access to the club and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
• Report any safety or security concerns to management immediately.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for members.
• Assist in organizing and implementing club events and activities.
