In this hourly, non-exempt position, you will clean, inventory supplies, assist with locker rooms, and support team operations while delivering a warm, professional presence to members and guests throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, porter, facilities, hospitality, fitness, wellness, hotel, or luxury service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness, presentation, and organization.
• Warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to changing priorities throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates across departments.

Responsibilities

• Club Cleanliness: maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the club.
• Housekeeping: perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks across all areas.
• Locker Room & Amenity Readiness: replenish towels, toiletries, and supplies.
• Laundry & Linen: support towels and linens turnover.
• Member Experience: greet members warmly and provide discreet service.
• Club Reset: reset rooms and spaces for the next use.
• Waste & Recycling: remove waste promptly and maintain sanitary spaces.
• Maintenance Reporting: escalate spills, damage, or safety hazards to management.
• Event & Team Support: assist with room setup and events as needed.
• Safety & Standards: follow cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Team Collaboration: work with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
