Job Details

Position: Porter/Housekeeper (Monday - Friday)

The Porter/Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Waxing, buffing, and stripping floors
• Adhering to work and cleaning schedules
• Coordinating housekeeping with nursing staff in resident areas
• Following safety precautions and proper equipment use
• Maintaining clean, safe, and attractive work areas
• Properly mixing chemicals and disinfectants per manufacturer instructions
• Reporting hazardous conditions or equipment issues

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 12 am - 8 am

Requirements

• Ability to work harmoniously with staff and handle residents appropriately
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and cleanliness standards
• Experience in floor care
