Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior/exterior common areas.
• Clean hallways, stairs, elevators, lobbies, and amenity spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal.
• Monitor and keep trash areas sanitary and organized.
• Maintain exterior grounds and landscaping as needed.
• Assist with seasonal groundskeeping and snow/ice removal.
• Help with light maintenance and cosmetic repairs.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Prepare spaces for events and inspections as required.
• Ensure safe operation of cleaning and groundskeeping equipment.
