Job summary

First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) seeks a friendly, energetic Groundskeeper for a 316-unit apartment community in Walnut Creek, CA. You will assist with light painting, de-web corners, power-wash areas, and daily cleaning of common areas while delivering outstanding resident service.

This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents!
