Job summary

First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) seeks a friendly, energetic Groundskeeper for a 316-unit apartment community in Walnut Creek, CA. You will assist with light painting, de-web corners, power-wash areas, and daily cleaning of common areas while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in any field.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light painting projects.
• De-web corners and power-wash areas as needed.
• Daily cleaning of common areas.
• Represent First Pointe Management Group by delivering excellent customer service to residents.
