Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Porter to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and shared spaces while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, trash removal, cleaning lobbies and hallways, and reporting issues to management. Weekend availability is preferred to support property operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of apartment/groundskeeping or related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work.
• Availability to work weekends when required.
