Richardson Properties is seeking a dedicated Porter/Groundskeeper for our upscale apartment home community, Bowman Pointe in Little Rock, Arkansas. If you have prior maintenance experience and take pride in keeping spaces pristine and welcoming, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play an essential role in ensuring the community's overall cleanliness and curb appeal. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. Additionally, you will assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and responding to service requests from existing residents as directed by the Community Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Community Cleanliness: Ensure all grounds and common areas, including amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors, are well-kept and free of debris.
• Assist with Apartment Preparations: Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Respond to Service Requests: Assist in completing resident service requests as assigned by the Community Director.

Qualifications:

• Maintenance Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or related maintenance work.
• Customer Service Focus: Ability and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service as part of our community team.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
