Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal at a 282-unit property in Jonesboro, GA. You will perform daily interior and exterior upkeep and report safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a proactive, independent work style aligned with our team.

Responsibilities

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 282-unit residential property located inJonesboro, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
• Reporting: Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Trash removal: Daily removes and properly discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
