Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 210-unit residential property in Miami Beach, FL. This role supports interior and exterior upkeep to maintain curb appeal and overall cleanliness.

You will perform daily cleaning of common areas, report maintenance concerns, and assist with grounds maintenance. The position is full-time with competitive salaries and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and balance.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage.
• Reporting: Report notable concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Trash removal: Daily remove litter and assist with exterior grounds maintenance.

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 210-unit residential property located inMiami Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
• Reporting: Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Trash removal: Daily removes and properly discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
