Job summary

First Pointe Management Group is seeking a friendly, energetic Leasing Consultant for a 104 unit Tax Credit community in Sacramento, CA. This full-time role requires engaging tours, exceptional customer service, and daily community walkthroughs to maintain aesthetics and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing experience (Tax Credit a plus), is proficient with MS Office, and eager to learn new systems in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant; Tax Credit experience is preferred
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in other computer software systems
• Enthusiasm for learning new things is a must

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging tours to prospective residents highlighting community amenities
• Assist current residents with service requests and exceptional customer service
• Walk the community daily to ensure aesthetics and safety

This exciting position requires you to encourage prospective residents to live at the community with engaging tours highlighting the amenities, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and walking the community daily to ensure its’ aesthetics and safety. Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm
