First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for a 104-unit Tax Credit community in Sacramento, CA. This full-time role involves tours to highlight amenities and excellent customer service, with daily grounds checks to ensure aesthetics and safety.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–5pm. Qualifications include 1 year of leasing experience (Tax Credit a plus) and MS Office proficiency; enthusiasm for learning is essential.

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Leasing Consultant for our 104 unit Tax Creditapartment community in Sacramento, CA. This exciting position requires you to encourage prospective residents to live at the community with engaging tours highlighting the amenities, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and walking the community daily to ensure its’ aesthetics and safety. Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm
