Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
• Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Washes dishes, glasses, and pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness.
• Keeps display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards during meal service.
• Assists with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commits to safety for yourself and others.
• Adheres to all company policies, including the use of appropriate safety gear and proper lifting techniques.
