Responsibilities

• Support Tonic Bar operations, working closely with the team.
• Handle food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain sanitation, remove garbage, and clean floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas.
• Keep dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean.
• Replenish dishes, blenders, etc.
• Assist in preparing drinks and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with the Tonic Bar Manager about supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand long periods and lift 30 lbs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 or older.
