Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, and cleaned during peak times; prepare areas prior to service.
• Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes either by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness.
• Keep display equipment clean and safe during meal service.
• Assist with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
• Follow all company policies, including safety and sanitation protocols.
