Job Summary

Summary: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
• Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to ensure sanitation and smooth service.
• Scrape and rinse food from dishes; wash by hand or use dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness.
• Keep display equipment clean and safe during meal service.
• Assist with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Commit to safety for yourself and others.
• Abide by all company policies, including the use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
