Newfane Rehab and Health Care Center in Newfane, NY is hiring a Porter/Floor Technician to maintain cleanliness and safety across designated areas. The role requires experience in cleaning and waxing floors, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Candidates should be able to work as a team, meet health department requirements, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. High school diploma preferred; training programs and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Floor cleaning and waxing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

• Must have experience cleaning and waxing floors

• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team player.
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Floor Tech Experience / Stripping & Waxing Experience a Plus.
• Must be consistent & keep to schedule.
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health
