Job summary

Blossom Health Care Center in Rochester, NY is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean and safe environments. You will clean and wax floors, remove trash, and ensure equipment is spotless and functional.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, teamwork, reliability, and adherence to health department requirements. High school diploma preferred; equal opportunity employer.

• Lift up to 50lbs, carry up to 10lbs.

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
• Must have experience cleaning and waxing floors
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team player.
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Floor Tech Experience / Stripping & Waxing Experience a Plus!
• Must be consistent & keep to schedule.
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health
