Job summary

Dayrise Residential, LLC is seeking a Porter for The Laurel in Union City, GA. This on-site role supports community cleanliness, curb appeal, and basic maintenance under the Community Manager. Strong English skills and a team-oriented mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Keep community grounds clean to company standards.
• Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis.
• Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways.
• Water the landscaping and greenery.
• Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed.
• Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests.
• Must provide own tools where applicable.
• Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficiency proficiency to maintain a safe environment at all times.
• Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties.
