Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Full-time Porter at The Pinnacle Portland to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents and guests. You will move and arrange furniture, assist with light maintenance, and support building operations across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Three–six months previous customer service
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
• Maintenance preferred or related work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide light maintenance support and cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the property
• Move and arrange furniture and ensure storage areas are neat
• Respond to resident and guest requests in a courteous and prompt manner
• Report damages or safety concerns to management
