Qualifications

  • Basic mechanical aptitude with hand tools and attention to cleanliness.
  • Friendly, approachable, and calm under guest pressure.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8‑hour shift.
  • Willing to work flexible weekends and seasonal schedules.

  • Maintain crystal‑clear waters by balancing chemistry daily and backwashing filters.
  • Keep lobby, corridors, event spaces, and restrooms immaculate for luxury guests.
  • Replace lightbulbs, change air filters, minor paint touch‑ups, and flag larger repairs.
  • Maintain curb appeal: sweep walkways, manage debris/snow, keep entry areas spotless.
  • Greet guests, assist with luggage, support housekeeping with linen delivery and setups.

In this unique hybrid role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations—keeping our property spotlessly clean, ensuring our outdoor grounds look stunning, and managing our guest‑favorite pool and spa facilities. Responsibilities
  • Maintain crystal‑clear, inviting waters by balancing chemistry daily, backwashing filters, cleaning skimmers, and monitoring heating systems to meet health standards.
  • Keep our lobby, corridors, event spaces, and public restrooms looking immaculate and ready for luxury guests.
  • Handle light touch‑ups like replacing lightbulbs, changing air filters, minor paint touch‑ups, and identifying larger repair needs for external vendors.
  • Maintain top‑tier curb appeal—sweep walkways, manage seasonal debris/snow, and keep dumpster/entry areas spotless.
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage or special requests, support housekeeping with linen delivery/bed stripping, and help setup event spaces.
Experience and Skill
  • 1+ years in hospitality, building caretaking, or public area cleaning.
  • Prior experience with hotel/commercial pool or spa equipment is a huge plus (CPO certification preferred, or a willingness to get certified!).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with hand tools, a sharp eye for minor cleanliness details, and a safety‑first mindset.
  • Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure when interacting with guests.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout an active 8‑hour shift.
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and seasonal shifts based on hotel occupancy.
