Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Associate to perform cleaning, basic maintenance and grounds work at residential properties across multiple states. You will clean fixtures, replace bulbs, scrub corridors, and assist with maintenance tasks to ensure safe, welcoming environments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of hands-on maintenance experience, along with excellent communication skills to interact with residents

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in cleaning and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs and office spaces; clean rugs and upholstery.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, sills, and woodwork; transport trash to disposal area.
• Cut and trim grass if required; move small equipment on property.

Job Description:

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.
• Transporting small equipment or tools on property.

Candidate Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
