TRG Management is hiring for a maintenance/support role in Miami, FL. The role involves hands-on cleaning, basic maintenance, and facility upkeep across multiple property types, with a focus on safety and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs and office space.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area and empty containers.
• Cut and trim grass, if required.
• Transport small equipment or tools on property.

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.
• Transporting small equipment or tools on property.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
