Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance tasks including painting, minor Repairs and basic plumbing.
• Clean and trash-out units as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Keep outdoor areas free of debris (sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping).
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.

As a Porter/Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas of our facility.
