Odin Properties LLC is seeking a Porter/Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician in Memphis to maintain grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas. You will keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained with duties spanning light painting, basic repairs, cleaning, and debris control.

Responsibilities include timely response to requests, record-keeping of maintenance activities, and ensuring outdoor spaces remain tidy and safe.

As a Porter/Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas of our facility.
