Sandalwood Management in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to support the on-site maintenance team. You will prepare vacant units for move-ins, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure the property meets Sandalwood standards through thorough cleaning and timely repairs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, maintaining grounds, and reporting hazardous conditions. Valid driver’s license is required and lease-up experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in Multifamily properties.
• Ability to work on call.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Takeover/Lease-up experience preferred.

• Prepare vacant units to company standards for move-ins or lease readiness.
• Perform make-ready duties: remove trash, replace or repair flooring, paint and touchups, change light fixtures and bulbs.
• Assist in rekeying locks, plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance servicing.

Sandalwood Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to assist with general maintenance and upkeep of [Property Name] Apartments in [City, State]The Make-Ready Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance and on-site team to help keep property up to Sandalwood standards by preparing vacant units for move-ins, upkeeping grounds of the property and completing resident service requests. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, hard work and the highest level of customer service.WHAT YOU’LL DOPrepare vacant units to company standards for move-ins or ready to leasePerform make-ready duties such as removing all trash from unit, replacing or treating carpets, replacing or repairing flooring, painting and touchups, changing light fixtures and replacing bulbs, checking outlets and light switches for electric connection and servicing appliancesAssist in rekeying locks, plumbing and electrical repairs, repairing appliances, replacing or fixing toilets, etc.Clean units thoroughly after completing make-ready dutiesObserve condition of units for any damages or unusual circumstances such as undeclared pets, illegal activities, unauthorized occupants, etc.Maintain community appearance by regularly inspecting and touring the property.
