The role supports the team in keeping the property at Sandalwood standards through thorough cleaning, safety, and responsive service. You will handle cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, stocking supplies in common areas, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work on-call, evenings and weekends.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-ins.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, countertops, and kitchens.
• Clean, stock and upkeep leasing office, clubhouse and shared areas.
• Report hazards and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Assist in completing units and grounds to Sandalwood standards.

Sandalwood Management is seeking a Housekeeper to support the maintenance and make-ready team with cleaning and preparing vacant units at [Property Name] Apartments in [City, State]The Housekeeper supports the maintenance and make-ready team to help keep property up to Sandalwood standards by tending to the grounds of the property, assisting in preparing apartments and complete resident service requests. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, hard work and the highest level of customer service.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Clean and prepare vacant units for resident move-insUsing personal protective equipment, preform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, washing windows, cleaning mirrors, scrubbing, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and stainsCleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, sinks and kitchen areaCleaning, stocking and upkeeping the leasing office, property’s clubhouse, public restrooms and other shared areasEmptying trash and recycling receptacles and disposing of waste properlyMaintain community appearance by regularly inspecting and touring the property. Report any concerns or hazardous conditions immediately and other needed repairs/maintenance to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community ManagerGather and remove litter, trash and other items that do not belong on propertyWork with maintenance team, contractors, vendors and other affiliates in preparation of units and groundsAssist in making vacant apartments ready for new resident including but not limited to painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, etc.Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic mannerRespond to all request and inquiries in a prompt and courteous mannerWHAT WE NEED:1+ years of housekeeping experienceValid driver’s license, requiredAbility to work on-call, evenings and weekendsSuccessfully pass pre-employment background check and drug testSmart phoneCOMPENSATION:Negotiable, depending on experienceMonthly renewal commission and bonus opportunitiesBENEFITS:Medical, dental and vision benefits packages, company paid life insurance and 401(k)Paid holidays and vacation timeRent discount options (eligibility requirements may apply)
