Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking a dedicated Porter for a 192-unit Affordable Housing community in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports maintenance, landscaping and managerial efforts to keep the property clean and orderly, ensuring top-quality living impressions for residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; apartment industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Apartment industry experience is preferred.
• Maintenance knowledge includes dusting, vacuuming and general cleanliness.
• Detail oriented, reliable and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains the property including front walkways, sidewalks, decks, halls, lobbies, patios, pool area, garages and amenities.
• Empty and transport trash to disposal area.
• Clean out vacant apartments and assist with turning units as needed.
• Perform landscaping tasks: trimming grass, blowing leaves and outdoor cleaning.
• Assist with painting projects and surface prep.
• Pressure clean common areas and ensure inventory items are in good condition.
• Work indoors and outdoors; adapt to varying temperatures and physical activity.
