Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Porter to provide routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior and common areas. You will help maintain a clean, safe living environment and support residents with a high level of service.

Responsibilities include repairing community features, inspecting daily for cleanliness and safety, and ensuring curb appeal. Weekend/on-call availability and a flexible schedule are required.

• General interest in custodial/maintenance work and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
• Maintain a high-level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
• Perform other duties as required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Salary Range

$14—$15 USD
