B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the community at Urbana. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include inspecting grounds, trash management, curb appeal, and assisting with maintenance tasks. This role emphasizes reliable work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to operate cleaning tools and ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Inspect exterior grounds, breezeways, and buildings daily.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community.
• Assist with landscaping, touch-ups, and light maintenance tasks.
• Support with unit turns and trash-outs.
• Clean and maintain clubhouse, pools, and amenity spaces.
