B.HOM Student Living in Denton, TX is seeking a Porter to keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and general property upkeep to enhance curb appeal and resident experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining exterior areas, assisting with maintenance tasks, and supporting a positive living environment for residents. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property daily.
• Inspect exterior grounds, breezeways, and buildings.
• Clean common areas, clubhouse, and amenity spaces.
• Assist maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs.
• Support pool area upkeep and maintain pool chemical logs.
• Deliver resident-focused service and maintain a welcoming environment.
