• Clean and sanitize sinks, drains, and high-touch surfaces in the kitchen.
• Restock cleaning supplies and sanitation materials as needed.
• Perform routine deep cleaning of equipment exteriors, walls, and storage areas.
• Keep walkways and workspaces clear of debris and address spills promptly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
