Job summary

Stock and Bond is hiring a Porter/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include dishwashing, trash removal, and organizing the walk-in with FIFO practices. The role requires strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Expectations

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas including dish station and walk in
• Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk in and organization
• Trash and recycling removal as necessary
• Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary
• Maintaining areas, as needed, in the dining room that require cleaning

Requirements

• At least 1 year as a porter or dishwasher; high-volume restaurant experience a plus
• Must possess exceptional work ethic
• Ability to work in an organized and professional manner
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time
• Command of the English language
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
