Job summary

Bear Real Estate Group is seeking a Porter to join the team at The Mariner in St. Francis. The role encompasses cleaning and maintaining residential common areas, vacant units, and model spaces to support its property management operations.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of models, units, hallways, clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office and bathrooms. You will work closely with the Bear Property Management team to ensure a welcoming, pristine environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• There is no minimal educational requirement, but specialized training can help candidates advance.
• Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean models including sweeping, mopping, dusting, windows, countertops and appliances; remove cobwebs.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants as directed by maintenance leadership.
• Maintain clubhouse, hallway, community room, fitness center, leasing office and bathrooms daily to keep a clean, inviting environment.
• Exterior property maintenance on a weekly basis.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks across all common areas to support property operations.
